Founder
Kalyani Gudapati
Kalyani Gudapati embarked on her career as a Software Engineer, accumulating almost six years of solid experience in the field. However, she recognized her true calling in counseling, driven by her innate ability to connect with and support others. She pursued advanced studies in Christian Counseling and Psychology, positioning herself as a knowledgeable consultant counselor and life skills trainer for various NGOs.
Kalyani has made a significant impact by working closely with girls who have been rescued from human trafficking, providing them with essential guidance and support. She serves as a faculty member at the Person to Person Institute for Christian Counseling, where she teaches Christian Counseling (PTP), Life Skills Education Trainer for Miracle Foundation, Course Moderator for Global Trust Partners (GTP) and engaged in The World Needs a Father Movement, the World Without Orphans Movement and the Lausanne Movement.
Her commitment to raising the next generation on strong biblical principles is unwavering. Kalyani has observed firsthand how families and churches often miss crucial elements in understanding and communicating with children. To address this gap, she founded “The Way Bible School,” a transformative organization dedicated to equipping individuals, families, churches, and Christian communities with systematic Bible knowledge.
Through her God-given talents, Kalyani creates comprehensive syllabi, writes compelling stories, edits materials, and develops worksheets that support the holistic development of children. Additionally, she produces valuable training resources for parents and Sunday School teachers, empowering them to better understand children and guide them in their spiritual growth.
